Originally from Vitoria, Brazil, Marcos has been a Florida resident for the last 22 years. Entering direct sales in 2010, he made his start as a door to door sales rep in the telecommunications industry for AT&T. He quickly rose through the ranks becoming one of the top sales agent in the Orlando region and eventually a branch manager overseeing an office of 25 reps at 21 years old. During his 4 years in direct sales, he successfully managed a branch office in Orlando and Palm Bay while maintaining top sales performance and accumulating several accolades, both personally and corporately.
In 2014, looking to advance his career, he took his sales, training, and leadership experience into the real estate industry, with a niche in assisting investors in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and management of residential and commercial real estate. Marcos has served his commercial clients primarily in the medical, office, and investment sales sector. His years in direct sales ingrained a relentless drive, mental fortitude, invaluable relationship skillsets and equipped him to negotiate aggressively for his clients and develop creative approaches to ensure deals get done. Over the years he has developed a large buyer and seller base in Canada, UK and across the US, in addition to a wide network of real estate professionals throughout the industry, enabling him to serve his clients with excellence.
Marcos is also passionate about serving the local community and is an avid promoter for human rights. He is an active leader for the men’s ministry at Church In The Son and the Demand Prevention Coordinator for United Abolitionist, an anti-human trafficking 501c3 nonprofit on a mission to end modern day slavery.
Marcos currently resides in Orlando, FL. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Ministry degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University and is currently pursuing his Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Master of Divinity degrees at Palm Beach Atlantic University.Back To Team
