Born near NASA’s Cape Canaveral, Luke’s sales career began in 2003, taking a job as a Sales Representative for a Wireless Cellphone Dealership in his local mall. While the lowest performing store in in the state when he arrived, within a year Luke had obtained the manager’s position and transformed that kiosk into the highest overall performing location in the Southeast US market. Before the end of his tenure, Luke was acting Regional Manager over four locations throughout the Sunshine State’s East Coast.
Having heard of his accomplishments as an effective sales leader, Luke was approached to take the helm as Corporate Trainer for a recently purchased cellular corporation out of Orlando, FL. Moving fluently between New Hire and Management Training he also spent one-on-one time conducting in-field training techniques.
Post-telecommunications, Luke has managed teams and trained sales representatives across seven different industries. He has launched six companies himself and helped take three different firms from small businesses to multi-million-dollar organizations.
In the winter of 2013, Luke sold his own insurance company which he found thrilling. This prompted him to enter a career in Business Brokering and commercial real estate. Graduating from the University of North Florida with his Bachelors in Corporate Finance, he joined Millenia Partners Orlando office and is excited to be back near his hometown.Back To Team
