Ed is a founding partner of Storey Law Group, P.A. who focuses his practice on real estate matters (including acquisitions and sales, closings, real estate development, leasing, landlord/tenant, financing, and loan foreclosures) and general corporate transactions (including corporate formations, corporate operations and governance, contract drafting, and mergers and acquisitions). In addition, he is a commercial litigator who has represented clients in a wide variety of business litigation matters, including, contract, leasing and real property disputes.
Ed obtained a degree in business administration from Furman University (B.A. 1998) and earned his law degree from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law (J.D. 2002, With Honors). Prior to founding Storey Law Group, P.A., he was a partner at Thorne & Storey, P.A. and an associate attorney at Foley & Lardner, LLP, where he was a member of both the real estate and finance departments, concentrating on corporate and real estate transactions, as well as local government and municipal law.
